Roger began his career in the Middle Office at CM Capital Markets 2002. In 2005, he transitioned to the FX Options and Forwards broker team. He was subsequently recruited by CIMD Madrid and later relocated to London to join Mint Partners (BGC Group), where he held responsibility for FX Options and Forwards across EMEA and Latam (2013/2014). Before joining Capital Strategies Partners, Roger returned to the Middle Office at CM Capital Markets, focusing on Fixed Income and financial derivatives. He studied Marketing at ESIC University Madrid, in addition to holding the CIF Certification.
