Paloma began her professional career in an internship program at Santander Private Banking in Miami. Before starting to work at Capital Strategies, from (2017 to 2020), she worked at Indra, a company listed on the Ibex 35, in financial consulting projects. In 2020, she joined Capital Strategies as a Relationship Manager focused on the Spanish market. Paloma received a BA from the Barry University of Miami and holds a Masters in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from IEB.
